Service

How are Cuuul's services wudhu-friendly?

We do not leave any residue after any service, which allows water to permeate through your skin, lashes, and brows for you to make ablution. All tints used are from henna which is permissible for prayer.

Everything is alcohol-free, except the alcohol swabs used for disinfecting our tools before and after the appointment!

What is the difference between Lash Lift and Extensions?

Lash Lift perms your natural lashes to make them look isolated and full. Lash Extensions consists of the addition of lash-like hair which will be bonded to your natural lashes to create a more dramatic effect.

Lash Extensions are not wudhu-friendly.

What is a Lash Botox?

Do you lift lower lashes too?

We only lift upper lashes here at Cuuul.

Do Cuuul's brow services come with shaping?

Yes, brow shaping (by shaving) is a complimentary service! Should you wish to opt for brow waxing, a small top-up fee is required. However, shaping is non-obligatory. You just need to let our service staff know

if you can choose not to shape your brows.

Must I shave before my waxing appointment?

Please let your hair grow out for at least three weeks before your appointment. The longer the hair, the better! We would, however, advise exfoliating your skin about two days before the appointment and avoid using retinol for at least 10 days.

Best for frizzy and dehydrated lashes.

It is a comprehensive keratin lash treatment that conditions and stimulates lash growth. It is non-invasive, does not involve any needles and no residue will be left on post-treatment.

What if my lashes are not lifted after my appointment?

We offer complimentary touch-up, as long as it is within 10 days from your appointment! Please drop us a message on our Instagram @cuuul.sg as soon as possible to arrange for a touch-up.

What to prepare before an appointment?

Visit the restroom before popping in!

For Lash/Brow appointments: Avoid wearing eye/brow makeup and contact lenses.

For Waxing appointments: Do not use retinol for 10 days, exfoliate 2 days before and come in loose clothing.

How do I make an appointment?

Click here to book an appointment.

You will be able to select the service that you would like as well as your preferred location and time. Simply pay a $20 deposit* (non-refundable) via PayPal or Stripe to secure your appointment!

*The remaining amount will be paid after your service on your appointment day.

*The full cost of service is required as a deposit for all promotional prices.

Is there an age requirement to book your services?

We only accept 16 year-olds and above.

What if I do not have PayPal or Stripe?

Head to our IG @cuuul.sg and send us a message!

We will help you with it as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancellations are only allowed at least 48 hours in advance.

However, your non-refundable deposit of $20 will be forfeited.

We highly recommend you to reschedule your appointment instead.

Can I change my appointment timing?

Rescheduling appointments is possible as long as it is done at least 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional $20 would be required.

Are there any promotions?

If you are a student or frontliner, we have an evergreen promotion* for you!

 

Students accepted: Secondary, JC, ITE, MI, Polytechnic, University)

Frontliners: Healthcare professionsals

 

*A verification of the student/work pass is needed. You can either drop us a message with valid proof of your pass, or let us check on the day of the appointment. If your pass is not valid, we will charge the original price of the service.
